Reservations must be made by Monday 29th April which is the cut-off date. However, please note due to high demand, rooms may sell out before the cut-off date so we do recommend you book your accommodation sooner rather than later.

Please note that Hanson Wade Group will not contact you, under any circumstances, to book or take payment for a hotel stay. We will only provide recommend accommodation options, via email from your dedicated Event Manager. All attendees are liable for booking their own accommodation and do so at their own risk. If you receive a call or email it is a scam and we ask you to report this to your Event Manager immediately.
